/ Certification & Coverage

Every job is fully documented

Our FAA Part 107 certificate and liability insurance policy travel with every project file. Clients receive copies before the shoot date — not after.

Insurance coverage meets or exceeds commercial project requirements. If your project manager needs a certificate of insurance, turnaround is one business day.

Weather & Scheduling Policy

We reschedule rather than deliver substandard footage

Flat overcast, heavy wind, or poor visibility are automatic reschedule triggers. Your project record reflects optimal conditions, not whatever the sky offered that morning.

Permitted airspace is confirmed before any reschedule window closes. Clients receive updated shoot dates within one business day of a weather hold.

Airspace & Permit Relationships

Clearance handled before your shoot date

We maintain standing relationships with county permit offices and file airspace authorizations routinely. Clients do not manage paperwork — that is our operational responsibility.
